The highlight of Horeca Kuwait 2008 is the colorful 2nd edition of the Culinary Art Show. More than 80 participants including chefs, cooks and kitchen artist from 15 relevant establishments, are expected to compete in 8 food categories.

Live competitions:
- Live traditional Arabic Mezza
- Live cooking competition from the basket
- Live cold sandwich-making competition
Candidates will be overseen by an international panel of well-known judges from Europe and the Middle East and daily guest star-chefs.
